First of all, we want to make sure and “Assess” that we are going to be able to provide you substantial value before you incur any costs. There is no charge for the Assessment Phase which provides for mutual non disclosure (NDA), Financial Statements, a definition of Lands and your general land use goals. If we are mutually satisfied with the Assessment Results, then you can authorize us to proceed implementing the StratifyX Process which includes 3 Phases each of which provides you specific fixed fees, deliverables and each of which requires your specific authorization before proceeding. Fees are based on the number of acres and number of unique land parcels that you own which are not adjacent. Just shoot us an email with your total acres and unique number of parcels and we will send you a proposal, contract and NDA form within 24 hours. Counter sign the NDA and complete the Intake Form and we will have your no-cost Assessment complete in a few days, all for no charge. Then you decide how you want to proceed on the 3 Phased StratifyX process.
