The StratifyX process is driven by the StratifyX Tool, the wizard behind the curtain, so to speak. StratifyX is a development platform that is comprised of the intellectual property, algorithms, and proprietary indexes that generate spatial data sets and natural resource valuations that drive proper land use decisions and compatible natural resource utilization. While this process is currently available to a limited group of StratifyX clients, the StratifyX Tool is evolving into a web application which will be broadly available for optimizing land use decisions and setting a new standard for land use best management practices. The incubation process of StratifyX.com is well underway. Machine learning principles and crowd sourcing are being applied to accelerate development and refine accuracy and other quality factors.

Rolling StratifyX.com out on a national, and eventually global, level addresses the very big problem of utilizing our limited lands for their highest and best use. Special interest users generally look at lands based on the resource the group is most focused on developing – while they are often unaware of other higher and better uses of their lands.

It is estimated that lands are at least 20% undervalued and developed because of market inefficiency through lack of data. Stratifying Natural Resource Rights into their component layers, and then applying the legal application of those rights, properly valued, warrants consideration of best use and is a huge benefit to any landowner or management organization.
